Spiced potatoes: how to make them crunchy and delicious!

You only need potatoes and some spices to make a great dish for the whole family!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
2 eggs
2 tbsp corns starch
1 tsp salt
Oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp 5 spice
1 tsp pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces.
  2. Beat two eggs and mix well with the potatoes. Drain the potatoes and pour them into another bowl. Add corn starch and mix well.
  3. Fry until golden brown. Add the spices and mix again.
