How to Defrost Meat Quickly & Safely

INGREDIENTS
• 500g beef mince meat
• Parsley
• Grated Cheese
• Tomato
• Freezer bag
• Beer can
• Bacon
• Egg
 
METHOD
  1. Put the meat in a freezer bag. Make a very loose knot in the bag. Flatten the meat with a rolling pin and freeze.
  2. To defrost, place the meat on a chopping board and a square / rectangular metal baking sheet on top. Fill the tray with boiling water and wait for 15 minutes until it is completely defrosted.
  3. Shape the meat into a ball and use a beer can to form a hole in the center. Wrap slices of bacon around the burger patty. Remove the can and add grated cheese in the hole. Then pour in an egg, add more cheese and parsley. Fry until well cooked.
