How to make potato gnocchi at home step by step!

Here're all the secrets to make homemade gnocchi!

INGREDIENTS

1 kg potatoes
½ cup flour
2 Egg yolks
Sage leaves
2 tbsp butter
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Parmesan

METHOD

Peel potatoes and boil them. Mash the potatoes and allow them to cool. Add kosher salt, pepper and two yolks. Add flour and mix.
Massage well until you get a smooth dough.
Cut a piece of the dough, massage it until you get a strip. Then cut into small pieces. Sprinkle over flour to prevent sticking. Take a piece and round it with your hands until you get a little ball. Use a fork to make texture.
Boil all the gnocchi until they float to the surface. Drain and pour them into a pan with butter and sage leaves. Add pepper and parmesan.
