No-bake chocolate roll: it will be ready in a few minutes!

It's a perfect no-bake dessert recipe for any occasion! Slice up this delicious chocolate roll cake the next time you have company.

INGREDIENTS

For the cake:

• 1 cracked chocolate sponge cake
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted

For the filling:

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 2 tsp milk

For the topping:

• 2 cups dark chocolate, melted
• Powdered sugar

METHOD

Break up the chocolate cake into crumbs and add some milk and melted chocolate. Mix well with your hands then spread over some cling film. Place more cling film on top and roll out the cake mixture into a 1 cm thick layer.
For the filling, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until it is a smooth consistency.
Spread over the chocolate cake layer. Roll up into a swiss roll.
Milk the dark chocolate and pour over the roll. Chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle over icing sugar to serve.
