Pork fillet skewers: an easy idea for a delicious lunch!

How to cook amazing pork fillet skewers to surprise everyone! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 500 g of pork tenderloin
• 6 slices of ham
• 1 glass red wine
• 300 g of baby potatoes
• 150 g mushrooms,
• salt, pepper, rosemary
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. Push the pork medallions into the rosemary twigs and wrap each one in ham. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil then one glass of red wine. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Then remove from the marinade and sear in a hot frying pan for a few minutes on each side. Once seared, wrap
    each skewer in baking paper and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 190ºC.
  3. Cook the mushrooms and potato slices in the frying pan and serve with the cooked skewers.
