No-bake truffles: 3 recipes to surprise your guests!

1) No bake Lady's Kisses (italian biscuits)
INGREDIENTS
200g biscuits
200g hazelnut cream
grated coconut
200g biscuits
200g hazelnut cream
grated coconut
METHOD
1. Mix the biscuits with the hazelnut cream.
2. Make some balls and fill with hazelnut cream.
3. Cover the balls in the grated coconut.

2) Tiramisù truffles
INGREDIENTS
250g mascarpone cheese
50g powdered sugar
one strong espresso coffee
150/300g ladyfingers
METHOD
1. Mix the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar and the coffee.
2. Add the crumbled up ladyfingers and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or freeze for 15 minutes to speed-up the process.
3. Once chilled, take some of the dough and flatten it with your hands, add some hazelnut cream in the center and roll it up into a ball. Roll the ball in some cocoa powder and your truffle is ready.

100g chocolate
200g biscuits

METHOD
1. Mix the biscuits with mint syrup and the chocolate.
2. Make some balls.
3. Cover the balls in the sugar.
