2 delicious ways to cook cabbage: you'll fall in love with these recipes!

1) Baked Cabbage
INGREDIENTS
• Cabbage
• Salt
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp basil
• ½ rosemary
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
• Onion
• Salt
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp basil
• ½ rosemary
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
• Onion
METHOD
- Cut pieces of cabbage. Place in a bowl.
Add salt, paprika, basil, Rosemary, bay leaf, oil and mix.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 20 min at 180ºC (356ºF). - Cut an onion into cubes and fry.
Add the onion to the cabbage, mix, cover with aluminum and bake for another 40 min at 180ºC (356ºF).

2) Cabbage Fritters
INGREDIENTS
• Cabbage
• 140g Flour
• 140ml Water
• Fresh Parsley
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp Dried onion
• 1/3 Pepper
• Salt
• 140g Flour
• 140ml Water
• Fresh Parsley
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp Dried onion
• 1/3 Pepper
• Salt
METHOD
- Cut thin strips of cabbage and place in a bowl.
- Mix flour, with coriander, paprika, salt, dried onion, pepper, turmeric and mixt.
Add water little by little and continue mixing. - Pour the mixture into the cabbage and mix very well.
Add parsley and mix again.
Place a tablespoon of mixture on a baking sheet. Repeat until you have several piles. - Bake for 25 min at 180 °C (356).
