1 Potatoes in tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1. Cut the semi boiled potatoes and put the slices in a pan with garlic and olive oil.
2. Add salt and pepper, then add the tomato sauce.
3. Add the provola cheese and cook for 10 minutes.

2 Potato mini-pizzas
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1. Slice the potatoes into thick slices. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
2. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
3. Fill with cheese and mortadella.
4. Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes.

1. Thinly slice the potatoes. Leave them to soak in water for 15 minutes to remove the starch. Dry them.
2. Place the sliced potatoes in the water again and microwave them for 5 minutes.
3. Arrange 7/8 slices of potato partially overlapped, lengthwise, in a row. Roll a slice of bacon around the potatoes to keep it closed.
4. Put the roses in a muffin pan. Season with salt, oil, and herbs.
