Chicken curry puff: you'll fall in love with this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

Flour dough:

• 200g flour

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 125 ml water

Butter dough:

• 30g butter

• 75g flour

Filling:

• Chicken curry

METHOD

Mix flour with salt.
Slowly add water and mix.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with butter.
Cut the dough made with water into 4 and form 4 balls.
Do the same with the butter dough.
Flatten the water dough balls and place the butter ball in the middle. Form a ball with the butterball in the
middle.
Flatten the combined ball, then roll it up and cut 4 discs out of each roll.
Flatten each disc.
Stuff with curry chicken and braid the edge to close.
Fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
