Meat tortillas: a quick idea for a tasty savory snack!

Just put the meat over the tortilla to make a delicious snack in no-time!
 
INGREDIENTS
- Minced meat 450g
- Onion
- Salt 1tsp
- Pepper 1/2tsp
- Egg
- Thin pita bread - 4 pieces
 
METHOD
  1. Combine with a meat diced onion, egg and salt&pepper. Mix everything with your hands.
  2.  Put the mixture onto half of the pita bread and fold it.
  3.  Fry on each side at the medium heat.
