1 Giant Toasted Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
100g Melted Butter
18 Slices Toast Bread
150g Grated Cheddar Cheese.
250g Ground Beef
100g Sliced Mushrooms
150g Caramelised Onions
4 Slices of Crispy Bacon
200g Shredded Cooked Chicken
4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese (depending on size)
100g Ham
35g Spinach
100g Melted Butter

150g Grated Cheddar Cheese.
250g Ground Beef
100g Sliced Mushrooms
150g Caramelised Onions
4 Slices of Crispy Bacon
200g Shredded Cooked Chicken
4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese (depending on size)
100g Ham
35g Spinach
METHOD
- Pour half of the butter on to a 35cm baking sheet.
- Cover this with 9 slices of the toast bread.
- We are going to fill this giant sandwich in thirds:
- 1st Third.
Add half of the Cheddar Cheese, followed by ground beef, then sliced mushrooms and finally the remainder of the cheddar cheese. - 2nd Third.
Add the caramelized onions, followed by the crispy Bacon and finally the shredded chicken. - Final Third. Add the mozzarella cheese slices, followed by the ham, then the
- Spinach and finally top with another two slices of mozzarella.
- Now cover with the remaining half of the bread and brush this with the remaining butter.
- Add a second baking sheet to the top and then a heavy pan to add some weight and compress.
- Bake in the over at 180°C or 350°F until golden, approximately 10-15 minutes.
2 Bacon Toast
INGREDIENTS
12 slices bacon;
2 slices sandwich bread;
12 cheddar cheese, grated.

2 slices sandwich bread;
12 cheddar cheese, grated.
METHOD
- Braid bacon strips as shown in the video.
- Lay a piece of sandwich bread on top of the braided bacon, add shredded cheese and another piece of toast bread.
- Wrap cheese toast with braised bacon to cover each side. Use toothpicks to secure some of the bacon strips if needed.
- Fry bacon toast for 2-3 minutes on each side (medium heat) or until bacon is brown and crispy. Slice in half before serving.
3 Avocado Stuffed Breakfast Toast
INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado.
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil.
2 Slices Bread.
2 Eggs.
250g Cheddar Cheese (or as much as you can squeeze on).
Salt.
Pepper.
1 Avocado.
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil.
2 Slices Bread.

250g Cheddar Cheese (or as much as you can squeeze on).

Pepper.
METHOD
- Slice your avocado in half and remove the stone.
- Now take a slice about a 1cm in depth from each half leaving a nice cavity to pour your egg.
- Remove the skin from each slice and place on a piece of bread.
- Place a slice of avocado on a slice of bread and cut around using a sharp knife to leave a hole in which to drop in your avocado.
- Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the cooking oil and fry the bread for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
- Flip over and add the avocado to the holes in the bread.
- Now pour in a cracked egg to each of the holes in the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
- Finally, pile on the cheese around the egg and cook covered by a lid until melted, on a low heat for 5-6 minutes.
