1 Eggs

INGREDIENTS

Yellow pepper
Red pepper
Green pepper
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
Parsley
130g grated cheese

METHOD

Cut the top end of each pepper, remove the stuffing from the peppers.
Pour two eggs into each pepper.
Add parsley, salt, pepper and mixture.
Add cheese and grill for 20 minutes.

2 Hamburger

INGREDIENTS

600g Mince meat
Salt and pepper
Paprica
Glass bottle
4 eggs

METHOD

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, paprika and mix.
Take some meat and form a ball.
With a glass bottle push to form hamburgers.
Pour an egg into the hole formed by the bottle and grill for 20 minutes.
