Poppy seeds fritters: easy and delicious!

Perfect to serve with jam or hazelnut cream! 

INGREDIENTS
 400 g Flour
 6 Eggs
 4 g Yeast
 2 tbsp Sugar
 20ml oil
 Sesame
 
METHOD
1. Prepare flour, add the appropriate amount of sesame, eggs, yeast powder, sugar, stir until no dry flour; add cooking oil, knead the dough, put it in the sun fermentation for 20 min.
2. Knead the dough properly and knead it into a 0.5 cm thick large cake. Use molds to compress it into your favorite shape.
3. Put cooking oil in the pot, heat the oil until it can start a small bubble; put in the cake blank, slow down on a small fire, fry for 2 minutes, turn over, fry for 2 minutes, fry until golden on both sides.
