Chocolate banana rolls cake: they are addictive!

INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 135g sugar
• 2 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp instant coffee
• 4 bananas
• ½ cup flour
• ¼ cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ salt
• 1 cup Whipped cream
• 150g dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp whipped cream
• Chocolate syrup
 
METHOD
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, instant coffee, oil. Add the egg mixture with sugar and
    beat until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF).
  4. Turn the cake onto another sheet of baking paper, turn it over and remove the bottom one
  5. Roll the cake up and let it cool.
  6. Whip the cream.
  7. Melt chocolate with cream and add it to whipped cream.
  8. Unroll the cake and spread the chocolate cream all over.
  9. Place two bananas on the top and bottom edge. Roll the cake inwards to make two long rolls and refrigerate
    for 30 minutes.
  10. Cut 6 centimeter pieces.
  11. Melt more dark chocolate and cover the roll entirely in the melted chocolate. Let it cool.
  12. Garnish with chocolate syrup.
