Chocolate banana rolls cake: they are addictive!

INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 135g sugar
• 2 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp instant coffee
• 4 bananas
• ½ cup flour
• ¼ cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ salt
• 1 cup Whipped cream
• 150g dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp whipped cream
• Chocolate syrup
METHOD
- Beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Mix the flour, salt, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, instant coffee, oil. Add the egg mixture with sugar and
beat until well mixed. - Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF).
- Turn the cake onto another sheet of baking paper, turn it over and remove the bottom one
- Roll the cake up and let it cool.
- Whip the cream.
- Melt chocolate with cream and add it to whipped cream.
- Unroll the cake and spread the chocolate cream all over.
- Place two bananas on the top and bottom edge. Roll the cake inwards to make two long rolls and refrigerate
for 30 minutes. - Cut 6 centimeter pieces.
- Melt more dark chocolate and cover the roll entirely in the melted chocolate. Let it cool.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup.
