Giant burger: the best idea for a delicious party!

A perfect dinner recipes that will feed a crowd!

INGREDIENTS

15g dry yeast

200ml warm water

300g flour

3 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tbsp butter

500g ground beef

1 tbsp oil

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Salt

Black pepper

1/2 chopped onion

mozzarella cheese

egg wash

sesame seeds

METHOD

Mix yeast in water and set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Add a mixture of yeast water.
Add oil and mix.
Cover and let stand until it doubles.
Meanwhile, mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Reserve.
Divide the dough in half and place in a greased round frying pan. Slowly lay the meat and open it with your hands until it fills the bottom of the pan.
Add onion, cheese and finish with the other half of the dough, opening in the same way with your hand.
Grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes.
