Quail eggs stuffed mushrooms: easy and delicious, perfect as appetizer!

Not only are they pretty, but they are fun to use in recipes, such as appetizers!

INGREDIENTS
• Quail eggs
• Mushrooms
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Mixed herbs
• Egg
 
METHOD
  1. Clean the mushrooms.
  2. Cut the stem of each mushroom and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Pour a quail egg into each mushroom hole.
  4. Add salt, pepper and some herbs.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
