Pillow-y soft, tender and delicate, it's so easy to make it at home!

1. Circles

INGREDIENTS

• Dough

• Glass cup

• Egg

• Small glass

• Salt

METHOD

Flatten the dough.
Cut medium circles with a glass cup and in the center cut small circles with a small glass.
Place a circle overlapping another, pull one circle through the hole of the other circle and stretch.
Brush with egg and add coarse salt.
Bake for 20 minutes at 240ºC (464ºF).

2. Bowl

INGREDIENTS

• Bowl

• Dough

• Scissors

METHOD

With your hands make a hole in the center of the dough.
Place a bowl face down in the center.
With scissors cut diagonally along the dough circle.
Spread the cuts a little with your hands.
Bake for 20 minutes at 220ºC (428ºF).

3. Braid

INGREDIENTS

• Dough

• Egg

METHOD

Divide the dough into 4.
Make a long strip with each part.
Place two horizontally on a baking sheet.
Place the third above the first and below the second vertically.
Place the fourth strip below the first and above the second horizontally.
Place each strip to the right. Repeat, this time on the left.
Hide the leftover strips under the dough.
Bake for 25 minutes at 220ºC (428ºF).
