Bacon sticks: crunchy and salty!

Bacon wrapped around crunchy bread sticks makes for heaven on a stick!

INGREDIENTS
 Flour
 Puff pastry
 Egg
 Cayenne papper
 Cheddar cheese
 Bacon
 Brown sugar
 Rosemery
 Salt
 Pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Cover puff pastry with an egg yolk. Be powder it with some cayenne pepper. Add some cheddar cheese and roll the pastry.
  2. Then cut the pastry into strings, fold every string in half and roll it like a drill. Roll the bacon as well.
  3. Toss every stick in brown sugar, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake 220°C / 430°F for about 20min.
