Egg toast: this recipe is quick to make, healthy and tastes delicious!

If you need a delicious and healthy breakfast this recipe is perfect for you!

INGREDIENTS
• Slices bread
• Butter
• Egg
• Ham
• Tomato
• Grated cheese
• Black pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Place 4 slices of bread on a tray.
  2. Spread over some butter.
  3. Place slices of ham on each bread and cheese.
  4. Add slices of tomato.
  5. Cut a small square into another slice of bread and place it on top.
  6. Pour an egg into the bread hole. Sprinkle over black pepper.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
