INGREDIENTS

• Slices bread
• Butter
• Egg
• Ham
• Tomato
• Grated cheese
• Black pepper
METHOD
- Place 4 slices of bread on a tray.
- Spread over some butter.
- Place slices of ham on each bread and cheese.
- Add slices of tomato.
- Cut a small square into another slice of bread and place it on top.
- Pour an egg into the bread hole. Sprinkle over black pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
