How To Make the Pizza Balloon with a straw!

It may look like a simple pizza at first, but this wonderful dish is actually so much more.

After adding some finishing touches, the final result is a real feast for the eyes.

It will be the most beautiful pizza ever!

INGREDIENTS

• Pizza dough

• Tomato sauce

• Basil

• Parmesan

• Mozzarella cheese

• Cherry tomatoes

• Black pepper

METHOD

Pour tomato sauce onto a circle of pizza dough, add basil, parmesan, pieces of mozzarella and cherry
tomatoes.
Place two straws that reach the center of the pizza dough.
Place another puff pastry on top and with a fork join the edges.
Use the straws to inflate the center of the dough.
Bake at 190ºC (374ºF) for 10 minutes.
With scissors cut the puff pastry bubble and turn it over.
Pour custard into the bubble.
