Add some bicarbonate over the meat, after 3 hours the result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS
This is a secret to make the meat more tender and tasty.
INGREDIENTS
steak
bicarbonate
1 tbs olive oil
crushed 4 cloves garlic
2 tbs butter
thyme
METHOD
- Rub bicarbonate onto the meat and let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.
- Get rid of exceeding bicarbonate by putting the meat into the bowl full of water.
- For a medium steak, 140°F is the sweet spot at a total of 10 minutes cooking.
- Add some butter, garlic and thyme into the pan.
