Cheese egg toast: ready in 10 minutes with a few ingredients!

One of the quick toasted bread recipes with egg that can be prepared under 10minutes. Egg toast can be served for breakfast or for evening snack! An easy way to include eggs in you diet!

INGREDIENTS
• Egg
• Butter
• Sliced bread
• Large silicon baking sheet
• Large baking tray
• Salt and pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Place 12 slices of bread on the baking sheet.
  2. Use a spoon to mark out a square in the middle of each slice and brush butter on the edges.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Put an egg in the center of each slice of bread. Season again.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on all edges on top of the butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
