3 delicious ways to cook bacon!

1. Bacon squares
INGREDIENTS
• Bacon
• Salad
• Aluminum
• Brioche bread
 
METHOD
  1. Make several squares with bacon by intertwining each slice.
  2. Cover in aluminum and bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF).
  3. Serve with bread and salad.
2. Bacon skewers
INGREDIENTS
• Smoked Bacon
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp apple juice
• Skewers
 
METHOD
  1. Place some slices of bacon onto the skewers in a spiral.
  2. In a bowl, mix Apple juice, cinnamon and brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the bacon skewers.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF).
