Egg stuffed meatloaf: an easy recipe to cook a great meal for family or friends!

Egg stuffed meatloaf is just as easy to make as regular meatloaf, but it’s so festive and elegant, and so much fun to eat!
INGREDIENTS

• Plastic bottle
• Egg
• Minced meat
• Tube glass
• Jar
• Cheese
• Film
• Salt and pepper
• Salad
METHOD
- Separate the yolk and the egg white from several eggs.
- Pour the white into a tube glass and store the yolk in a jar.
- Place the glasses with the yolk in a pot of boiling water. Remove them from the water when set.
- Cut the top end and the bottom of a plastic bottle. Cut horizontally and roll up, secure in place with tape.
- Use the plastic tube to cut a hole out of the cooked egg white.
- Then pour the egg yolk in the hole and put it back in the boiling water.
- Place the minced meat on top of some film and smooth out with a wooden spoon.
- Place slices of cheese on top of the meat then put the egg tube in the middle.
- Roll the meat and mold well with the film.
- Place on a baking sheet, remove the film, and add salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC (390ºF). Cut into slices and serve with salad.
