German apple pancakes: the final result is puffy and airy

Easy and fun to make!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
 
METHOD
In a blender, add 3 eggs, milk, vanilla and beat until combined.
Add salt and flour, beat again.
In an ovensafe pan, over medium heat,  melt butter and pour the batter into the pan, fry for 2-3 minutes and bake it in the over .Bake at 425F/220C for 20-25 min.
Decorate with maple syrup, strawberries and powdered sugar.
