Meat Sandwich:
ingredients for 4 sandwiches
500g minced meat
30g bread crumb
30g pecorino cheese
30g parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 egg

for the filling:
100g ham
100g smoked provola cheese
200g spinach
100g ham

Directions
Mix the minced meat with Parmesan, egg, parsley, cheese, salt, and pepper. Create a solid mixture and spread out half on parchment paper. Cover the mixture with ham, provola cheese, and spinach and spread out the remaining mixture. Create a rectangle then divide it into two squares and the squares into triangles. Refrigerate the meat sandwiches for at least 30 minutes, then cook them in a pan on low heat for about 5 minutes on each side.

Ground beef croissants:
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
300g seasoned ground beef
cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Place it on a sheet of puff pastry.
2. Cover with some thinly sliced cheese and cut it into 8 triangles.
3. Roll up each triangle to make a croissant.
4. Brush the top with some beaten egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
