Pomegranate jam: how to make it at home!

INGREDIENTS
 2 pomegranates
 350 g sugar
 1 tbsp pectin powder
 Orange zest
 Orange juice

METHOD
  1. Take the pomegranate seeds out and crush them to get the juice. Strain the juice.
  2. Pour orange juice into a bowl with sugar, orange zest and pomegranate juice. Mix and pour into a saucepan.
  3. Wait until it boils and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and pour into a glass jar.
