INGREDIENTS

5 Stale Bread buns
5 Eggs
735ml (3 cups) milk
100g (½ cup) sugar
110g (½ cup) melted butter
Chocolate chips
1 tbsp vanilla essence
METHOD
- Cut the stale bread into slices and place them in a bowl.
- Pour in the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, butter, chocolate chips and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and bake at 180 °C (356 ° F) for 50 minutes.
