Stuffed tortillas: a quick recipe for a tasty savory snack!

INGREDIENTS
Cherry tomatoes
Flour tortilla
Green pepper
Onion
Chicken breast
Bacon
Eggs
Grated cheese
Butter
Smoked cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Chop the green pepper, onion, and boiled chicken, then sauté in a pan with oil, adding salt and pepper. Fry two pieces of bacon.
  2. Beat two eggs and cook like an omelet in a little butter, add grated cheese and place a flour tortilla on top.
  3. Turn carefully leaving the egg face up, add more grated cheese and the bacon cooked cut into pieces on one side. Fold the omelet.
  4. Add another tortilla to the pan and add the chicken, bell pepper, onion, grated cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Fold over and cook until golden.
