Omelette roll

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon milk
50 g cheese
50 g ham
Oil for frying
Chopped parsley for decoration
METHOD
Crack the eggs and put them in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle some salt and add milk.
Whisk the eggs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
Pour in the skillet the eggs mixture and make an omelet.
When the omelet is cooked on one side, roll it to middle.
Add more egg mixture and sprinkle it with cheese and ham.
Repeat the process for one more time.
Slice the omelet roll and sprinkle it with fresh parsley.
