Rustic spiral: the result is incredible!

INGREDIENTS1 pizza dough
150g shredded cheese
200g ricotta
3 tbsp chopped basil
50g dried tomatoes
METHOD:
Mix cheese, ricotta, basil and tomatoes.
Roll the dough and cut circles with a round form, stuff this circles with cheese mixture and form little "boats".
Put them in a spring form and bake for 35 min at 180°C/350°F
