Tuna loaf with potatoes: you’ll find it irresistible!

INGREDIENTS400g of potatoes
salt
pepper
1 egg
70g of parmesan
350g of drained tuna
parsley
black olives
breadcrumbs to taste
PREPARATION
Boil and mash the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, parsley, egg, Parmesan and drained tuna. Add lemon zest to give more flavour. Form a compact mix and give it the shape of a loaf dough. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 200°. Once ready, wait for it to cool and serve.
