Sandwich tortilla: a tasty Spanish recipe perfect for a quick meal

Ingredients:
750 gr of peeled and washed potatoes
1 onion (optional)
6 eggs
5 slices of stringy cheese
4 slices of ham (cut more double)
salt
Fry oil

Directions:

Cut and fry the potatoes. Beat the eggs with the salt and stir the fried potatoes. Start frying a first part of the mixture in a pan with oil, stuffed with cheese and ham and cover with the rest of the potatoes.
