Tortilla de patatas: you'll fall in love with this Spanish recipe

3 big potatoes
1 onion
4-5 eggs
Oil
Salt
 
Directions:
Cut the potatoes and the onion. Cook all in a pan. Then beat the eggs with salt. Unite all and cook in an other pan.
