Chicken cordon bleu meatballs: cordon bleau as you have never seen before!

Ingredients
CREAM SAUCE:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1- cup milk
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ tsp chicken bouillon granule cube crushed
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
MEATBALLS:
1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
5 slices ham ultra thin
5 slices Swiss cheese ultra thin
frying oil
1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper
2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes. Continue whisking while adding in the milk, and other ingredients from the list. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken with salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix until well incorporated. Using an ice cream scoop form meatballs, flatten each meatball and place slice of ham and a slice of cheese in the middle. Slightly roll each to form meatballs.
In a small bowl, combine regular breadcrumbs, pepper and grated Parmesan. In another small bowl, combine the beaten eggs and water and mix until combined.
Dip each meatball first in the egg and then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry them in oil on both sides and then transfer them into the sauce.
ENJOY!
