Homemade cough and flu syrup: the recipe to make easily

There are many natural remedies to relieve flu symptoms. In this case we will see how to prepare a sort of cough drink.
It is important to emphasize, however, that these remedies can help and support the body but do not replace drugs. If symptoms persist after trying it, you should seek medical attention.
 
Ingredients:
Honey to taste
1/2 onion
1 glass jar
 

Directions:
Pour two tablespoons of honey into the jar.
Cut the onion and put the first layer in the jar.
Alternate onion and honey to the brim of your jar.
Close the jar and put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
After these hours, remove the onion from the jar.
Pour the contents into a smaller jar and keep it in the fridge.
You can take about 12 teaspoons a day and notice the improvements.
