1 Dough brioche
1 egg yolk
Chocolate chips
 

Roll the dough and make a knot, cut one end of knot with scissors, and the other end form as bird face.
Add chocolate chips as eyes, grease doves with egg yolk.
Bake at 180C/350F for 25-30 min
