SOUR CREAM: a quick recipe to make it at home!

INGREDIENTS
240g (1 cup) heavy cream
80g (1/3 cup) yogurt
15g (1 tbsp) white wine vinegar
 
METHOD
1. In a bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Add the yogurt and the white wine vinegar.
2. Whisk well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
3. Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest at room temperature for 24 hours.
4. After 24 hours, stir again and store in the refrigerator. It will thicken further as it chills. Serve and enjoy.
