Winner taco ice cream: how to make it at home!

INGREDIENTS
150g (1 1/4 cups) flour
150ml (2/3 cup) water
70g (1/3 cup) butter
100g (4/5 cup) powdered sugar
Melted dark chocolate
Ice cream
Caramel
METHOD
1. Mix butter and icing sugar in a bowl.
2. Add water and flour little by little while continuing to mix.
3. Put butter in a crepe maker. Add a tablespoon of the mixture and spread well making a circle.
4. Cook on both sides and place on a spoon held by two glasses.
5. Squeeze with your hands so that it retains the taco shape.
6. Cover the inside of the taco with melted dark chocolate and freeze.
7. Fill the taco with ice cream and refreeze.
8. Pour caramel over the ice cream and dip the taco in melted dark chocolate.
9. Freeze again.
