Twisted bacon sticks served with egg bread: a quick and tasty second course!

Twisted Bacon is taking over the internet as the BEST method for cooking bacon it’s the perfect mix of soft and crispy!
 
INGREDIENTS
600g bacon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 slice of bread

METHOD
  1. Twist several slices of bacon and fill a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
  2. Cut a circle in the center of a slice of bread.
  3. Place in a pan with butter. Remove from the pan once toasted. Butter the slice of bread with the hole and place in the pan.
  4. Pour an egg into the hole and cook for 2 minutes. Serve the egg toast with the bacon.
