Glazed onion pearls: the perfect and delicious side dish!

INGREDIENTS
Borettane onions
Olive oil
250ml white wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
500ml water
1 tsp salt
METHOD
- Peel several onions. Rinse them and place them in a pan with oil. Fry for several minutes. Add vinegar, honey, salt, and stir well.
- Add water, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
