Parmesan baskets: how to use cheese waffles in an original and tasty way!

A fun idea to make a great appetizer with just parmesan cheese!

INGREDIENTS
Parmesan cheese
 
Filling:
1)
Salad
Shrimps
Olive oil

2)
Pistachio grains
Mortadella mousse

METHOD
  1. Place some Parmesan cheese powder in a pan, make the shape of a circle and let it melt and brown a little.
  2. Carefully place the cheese circle on the bottom of a glass. Press to form a basket with the cheese.
  3. Remove from the glass when it has hardened.
  4. Fill some with salad, shrimps, and olive oil, and others with mortadella and pistachios.
