3 salami ideas for a quick and tasty appetizer!

1) Rolls
INGREDIENTS
Slices of salami
Cream cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives
Green olives
 
METHOD
  1. Form several rows of salami, placing one slice on top of the other on a piece of cling film. Add cream cheese and spread over all the salami.
  2. In the first section add cherry tomatoes, in the middle green olives and black olives the last section. Carefully roll the salami up horizontally.
  3. Refrigerate for two hours and then cut into pieces.

INGREDIENTS
Salami
Black olives
Cream cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Add a tablespoon of cream cheese to a slice of salami.
  2. Place a black olive on top of the cream cheese and use a toothpick to form a boat.

INGREDIENTS
Salami
Ricotta
Capers
 
METHOD
  1. Place the ricotta cheese in a piping bag.
  2. Roll a slice of salami into a cone shape and fill with the ricotta cheese. Decorate with capers.
