Puff pastry rolls with ham and cheese: for a cheesy and tasty appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry
200g ham
Cheese slices
Egg
Sesame seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Place a slice of ham on top of a pastry puff. Add a slice of cheese and roll.
  2. Place several rolls on a baking sheet. Beat an egg and cover each roll with the egg. Sprinkle over sesame seeds.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
