Caramelized onions: the perfect side dish for your dinner!

An easy side dish ready in a few steps! 

INGREDIENTS
Red onions
White wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
Ground black pepper
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp olive oil

METHOD
  1. Finely chop the onions.
  2. Pour oil into a pan and add the chopped onions, stir, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper, stir, add sugar, mix again, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add white vinegar, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
