Pickled veggies: perfect for your appetizer!

How to make the best pickled veggies ever!
INGREDIENTS

Carrots
Celeries
Cauliflower
Fennel
Zucchini
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Onion
1l vinegar
500ml white wine
200 g salt
200 ml olive oil
METHOD
- Cut all the vegetables into medium pieces.
- Mix oil, vinegar, white wine and salt in a pot. Cook until it comes to a boil.
- Pour the carrot, celery, fennel and cauliflower into the pot and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in all the other vegetables. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.
- Fill several glass jars with the pickled vegetables.
