Puff pastry candies: the perfect appetizer idea!

INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry roll (rectangular)
6 Eggs
Parma ham
Provolone slices
Egg yolk + milk
Lemon slices
METHOD
- Cook the eggs in a pot with water and lemon wedges. Peel each egg.
- Cut a rectangular puff pastry into 4 equal pieces.
- Add a parma ham, a smoked provolone slice, and a hard-boiled egg to each rectangle.
- Roll and squeeze at each end to form a candy shape.
- Place all the candies on a tray, mix one egg yolk with milk and cover each candy with the mixture.
- Bake at 180 ° C (356ºF) for 25 minutes.
