10 minutes pancake: easy and quick to preparare!

Fluffy like a cloud, this recipe is perfect for a delicious breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
100g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour;
¼ tsp baking soda;
¼ tsp salt;
40g (3 tbsp) sugar;
1 egg;
100g (⅓ cup+1 tbsp) buttermilk;
40g (⅓ cup) melted butter.
METHOD
- Whisk flour, salt and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together until smooth batter forms.
- Pour batter into a cold non-stick pan (16 cm) and place it over the lowest heat. Cover and cook the pancake for 12-13 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 2-3 minutes, before flipping onto a plate and serving.
