How to make delicious marshmallows at home:

INGREDIENTS

30g gelatin

120ml water

250g sugar

120ml hot water

1 tsp vanilla essence

Food color

Corn flour

METHOD

Mix the gelatin powder with hot water until dissolved.
Pour the sugar into a saucepan, add the water, and mix until you get a slightly thick liquid. Add the gelatin mixture and mix for 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Beat well until you get a white and dense textured mixture, add vanilla essence, and continue beating.
Brush olive oil on a silicone tray and pour half of the mixture on top. Add red food coloring to the other half and beat again.
Pour the pink mixture on top of the white, cover with cling film and let it rest for 4 hours. Sprinkle over cornflour and remove the marshmallow from the tray and cut into cubes.
