Orange flavored marshmallows: you'll only need 2 ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
200g of orange juice
8 sheets of gelatine
Cornstarch and powdered sugar mix to taste
METHOD
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water, and slightly heat the orange juice.
2. Squeeze the gelatin sheets and put them in the saucepan, mix well with a whisk.
3. Transfer to a large container and whip until the mixture is clear and voluminous.
4. Line a baking tray or container with parchment paper and sprinkle with a mix of flying sugar and cornstarch, then pour the whipped mixture and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. When firm, remove from the mold and cut the marshmallows into cubes.
ADVICE:
You can use your favorite juice.
If you want you can sweeten with sugar to taste.
Store the marshmallows in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
